Welcome to Catalyst, your home for better performance and vitality. Founded by Dr. Jess Wilson, MD, a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician, our clinic blends the best of modern healthcare with a holistic approach to wellness. With years of medical expertise, Dr. Wilson has created a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their health journey.
“True health goes beyond treating symptoms — it’s about addressing the root causes of imbalance and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.”

Meet Our Physician
Dr. Wilson has always been driven by two things: taking care of people and chasing the next challenge. Raised in Texas, she followed the pull of the mountains to Colorado College, where she spent her weekends climbing or snowboarding and her weekdays studying biology. The mountains fed her soul, but family called her home after she graduated with her bachelor’s in Biology.
Back in Texas, she earned her nursing degree from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to work as a labor and delivery nurse — an experience that forever shaped the way she treats patients. Deciding to further her education and become a physician, she earned a medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine. There she was inducted into The Gold Humanism Honor Society— a national distinction awarded to physicians who exemplify compassionate, patient-centered care and a commitment to serving others. She then completed an Emergency Medicine residency at UT Health in San Antonio. As a board-certified physician, she spent years working in community emergency departments and serving as an Associate Medical Director. Her time in emergency medicine reinforced a truth she had always known: crisis care alone isn’t enough. Real health begins long before the ER.
Her interest in preventative care and wellness was first influenced by her own health journey. At 30 years old, Dr. Wilson was diagnosed with breast cancer. Surviving that chapter didn’t just change her perspective — it ignited her passion for performance medicine and longevity. She knows firsthand what it means to fight for your health and come out the other side hungry for a fuller, stronger life. She brings that same energy to every patient she sees.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Wilson enjoys doing yoga & CrossFit, strumming her guitar and singing, traveling the globe, volunteering, and cheering for her son, Gage, under the Friday Night Lights. Gage is the center of her universe and her favorite adventure partner, recently summiting Mount Kilimanjaro together. Their home — shared with three wonderfully rowdy dogs — is full of life, noise, and love.
